What we collect
We only collect the personal information you choose to give us — for example your name and email when you use the contact form, subscribe to updates or make a Green Somalia pledge. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry or process your request
- To send updates you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To coordinate Green Somalia planting activities you pledged to
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies. You choose which ones in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
- Necessary — remember your language and your cookie choice (“moecc-consent”, 6 months). Always on.
- Analytics — privacy-friendly visit statistics, only if you allow them. Anonymous and never sold.
- Preferences — remember settings such as whether you have seen the intro animation.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with Ministry staff who need it to respond to you, or where the law requires.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@moecc.gov.so.
