Water scarcity threatens Somalia's economic and social development. Surface and groundwater reserves are declining while droughts and floods are becoming more frequent. This Least Developed Countries Fund project supports integrated water resources development and management for agro-pastoralists across Somalia, including a multi-sectoral IWRM Strategy.
