Preparing Somalia's plan to phase down HFCs under the Kigali Amendment.
Building on Enabling Activities and the HCFC Phase-out Management Plan (HPMP), the project prepares Somalia's Kigali Implementation Plan. Three consultants prepare the report, followed by a validation workshop run by the National Ozone Unit (NOU) and the Ministry.
